Here is a little clock tool, You can choose to have it display real-time, animate the time, or have it start from a certain time.

The gizmo comes with a basic clock look, you can swap the hands and plate with whatever element you want and create a fun looking clock.

If you are interested in expressions, Look inside the Clock ctrl, they are pretty simple.
